Note: You may only solicit businesses directly connected to your organization - owned by a parent/grandparent, etc. There are some community businesses that may NOT be approached because they are already supporting Alter in another way. No club, organization or athletic group can solicit team Sponsorships.

Once this form is submitted, it will be discussed at an Adminstrative Team meeting and a decision will be shared back to the coach and fundraiser coordinator listed above.
