Archbishop Alter High School, located in the Dayton suburb of Kettering, Ohio, is a four-year, coeducational Catholic high school founded in 1962 with an enrollment of approximately 508 students. Serving a community of approximaely 60,000 residents, Alter benefits from strong support from families of professionals and business leaders. A member of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the National Catholic Education Association, Alter is accredited by the Ohio Catholic Schools Accreditation Association and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and is chartered by the State of Ohio.
