Great weekend of wrestling for the Alter Knights!!

Varsity boys competed at the Edgewood Invitational and put on a show! We had 11 placers with 5 Champions, and the Knights are the 2025 Edgewood Invitational Champions! They took 1st place out of 23 teams, earning their second consecutive team title at this tournament. Our boys out scored the 2nd place team by 160 points!! Wow!

Also, a special congratulations to senior, Luke Snyder, on his 100th Varsity win!! A feat that not all wrestlers achieve in their high school career. We’re proud of you Luke!

Now for our amazing lady Knight, Alora Strauser! Alora traveled to Cuyahoga Falls, OH to compete at the prestigious Ironman tournament, Women’s Division. After a very close 10-8 loss in the quarterfinals to the Florida State Champ, Alora battled back to a 4th place finish!! Congratulations, Alora! Keep doing you…we love to see you shine!
