The Ohio Prevention ProfessionalsAssociation (OPPA) is the membership association for prevention professionals and advocates who actively engage in efforts to champion prevention in Ohio. Formed in 1984 and incorporated in 1988 as the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Association of Ohio (ADAPAO), OPPA provides training, resources, and networking to its members while advocating on behalf of Ohio’s prevention community and the people and communities their members serve.
