Inspired initially by Todd Duplain ’92 and his many years of service to Alter High School, a scholarship was created in his name. Over the years, his parents, Bob and Donna experienced a second generation of Duplains graduating from Alter, an experience in which they became even more invested in the mission of Alter.  They recognized the value of an Alter education and impact to develop a student’s whole person of mind, body and spirt. The Duplain Family’s personal commitment to living a life of integrity mirrors the fundamental values of Alter. Through this scholarship they seek to recognize a student who has demonstrated personal integrity, strong work ethic, deep Christian faith, humility, communication, compassion, courage, generosity, perseverance, kindness, and self-discipline.

Scholarship endowment was made possible by the Duplain family who believe in paying forward for future generations.
