
Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Nominee must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of Alter High School (Athletic & Distinguished) or Employed at Alter for at least 15 years as a teacher/administrator or passed away prior to their 15th year at Alter. (Teacher/Administrator)
- Athletic Nominee: Lettered in at least one sport for two years or two or more sports for one year, and ten years has elapsed since graduation. (If a Team is being nominated, it must have State title.)
- Distinguished Nominee: 15 years elapsed since graduation. Please consider one or more of the following areas for your recommendation: a) Faith-filled person who models Christian values (religious, personal, and family), b) One who has achieved personal excellence professionally, and/or c) One who nurtures his/her community through service, stewardship, and involvement.
- Teacher/Administrator Nominee: Must have made a significant impact on the school and its students, be a faith-filled person who modeled Christian values, one who achieved personal excellence during his/her career in education, and one who provided academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.
