If you have received the link to this page, you are either a Hall of Fame Inductee or an invited guest of the Inductee. To ensure your name and entree selection is noted for the Induction dinner April 18 we ask that you fill out the below form. First select the 2023-24 inductee and then fill out your reservation. Individual Inductees and basketball team members may register themselves and their guests or forward this link so they may register separately. Please note that individual inductees may register up to three (3) guests and basketball team honorees may register one (1) guest.
