The Dave Imber Excellence in Education Award wasmade possible by a gift left to us by Dave Imber,longtime Alter teacher and coach. Dave was passionateabout Catholic Education, and about connecting withkids to bring them the best possible opportunities. Hewas a hard worker, dedicated, compassionate andcommitted to the mission of our school. He left this giftto reward teachers who share that same work ethic andthose same values at our school. Faculty and staff members nominate one another for the award, and a committee comprised of Dave’s family members choose the five recipients of the awards per year.

This year’s $2,500 Dave Imber Excellence in Education Award Winners are:

Ms. Christina Hall, Director of Athletics
Mrs. Julie Hartman, Assistant Business Manager
